Description

Managing Key Client Accounts simultaneously and effectively;
•  Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements;
•  Working with agency colleagues to devise an advertising campaign that meets the client's brief and budget;
•  Managing and driving the project team to achieve and exceed set targets;
•  Cascading campaign strategy plan to the respective departments within the agency; (preparing briefs tailored to each department, developing cost estimate and budget;
•  Presenting, alongside agency colleagues (particularly the account manager), the campaign ideas and budget to the client;
•  Working with the account manager or supervisor to brief media, creative and research staff, and assisting with the formulation of marketing strategies;
•  Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns;
•  Timely update client on project progress, manage expectations, secure client satisfaction, and negotiate contracts; 
•  Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients;
•  Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification;
•  Handling budgets, managing campaign costs, and invoicing clients;
•  Writing client reports;
•  Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns;
•  Undertaking administration tasks;

Requirements
Education
•  BA Degree in Marketing, and or social related fields
Experience 
•  A minimum of one year of experience in the field of marketing and customer handling. 
Skills and knowledge needed
•  Self-motivated
•  Good communication skills
•  Detail-oriented and patient
